As a tradition, Copenhagen Capacity hosted the International Talent Conference, which aimed to address the need for international talent in Denmark. This conference was all about shaping the future career and building bridges between international highly educated candidates in Denmark and companies on the lookout for international talent.
The Youth Goodwill Ambassador Programme helps international students gain insights into the Danish labour market and working culture and provides professional tools to help students find student jobs, internships and full-time positions in Denmark.
During the program, participants attend workshops to understand the working culture in Denmark, to learn effective job search skills and to improve their career prospects in the current labor market. Part of the program YGAs have a possibility to participate in the International Talent Conference.
This year, in collaboration with Rambøll and Denmark's 8 universities, Copenhagen Capacity was pleased to host International Talent Conference 2018. It was taking place at the Rambøll's Head Office, which is 40.000 square meters of office space and is among one of the largest office buildings recently constructed in Denmark. Rambøll is a work place for 1.600 engineers and consultants.
8 large companies participated in the conference
International Talent Conference offered talents an exclusive opportunity- to engage with representatives from 8 different companies and participate in their facilitated workshops. These were the participating companies:
Rambøll, Novo Nordisk, Volvo Cars, Oticon A/S, Bayer A/S, 3Shape, Boozt, Gaming Innovation Group
"Being able to have an insight into the possibilities and interests of the different companies was a fantastic opportunity. Knowing that Danish companies want international people is a big motivation and help to reach out to your dream job. It was also a fun day in which we met many interesting people."

Special Guest: Danish HRH prince Joachim
As every year, International Talent Conference invited Danish HRH Prince Joachim. He shared his own experience as being an international abroad. He inspired and gave advice for international young people in Denmark. After the speech, two pre-selected YGA's had an opportunity to engage in a personal conversation with HRH Prince Joachim.
